Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of The Collectors Club platform (“the Platform”), operated by The Collectors Club Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By registering as a member, you agree to these terms.

Membership

Membership is granted at our sole discretion following a successful application and identity verification. We reserve the right to decline any application without explanation.

Members may not share their account credentials. Membership is personal and non-transferable.

Transactions

The Collectors Club facilitates introductions between members. We are not a party to any transaction between members and accept no liability for the condition, authenticity, or title of any item exchanged.

A commission of ten per cent of the agreed transaction price is payable by the seller upon completion of a deal. This commission is non-refundable once paid, except in the case of a verified dispute upheld in the seller’s favour.

Members transact at their own risk. We strongly recommend that both parties satisfy themselves as to the identity and standing of the other before completing any transaction.

Conduct

Members must not use the Platform to engage in fraud, misrepresentation, harassment, or any other unlawful activity. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any membership immediately and without notice where we believe these terms have been violated.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Collectors Club Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform.
